VWC Spotlight

The VWC spotlight is something that we hope gives a story and a face to the names of the Vernon Wrestling Club. These stories are from this year. And we hope that it can also serve as a sort of blueprint for younger wrestlers and athletes towards their own goals. The first few will serves as a "how to" kind of guide that looks at our wrestlers' routines and thought process going into each stage of the season.
